These terms only come into effect when they are posted on our site.

We have tried to ensure all pictures, descriptions and prices are as accurate as possible. From time to time errors may occur. We will correct any errors found as soon as we possibly can. Our website may contain links to other websites, we are not responsible for these or any of the content contained on them. If you require any more information on a product please contact us and we will try our hardest to answer your question as fully and quickly as possible.

Order

When you order from our site you agree to the terms and conditions contained on this page. Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If an item is out of stock it should show on the product listing. If not, we will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date. If we cannot provide the item we will contact you via email to cancel your order. You will also be refunded in full. Our aim is to make sure stock levels are constantly updated, but if an item is out of stock you will be notified with a resolution. Please ensure all your products are correct at time of purchase. Please see returns to get a refund. You must ensure that each product you purchase from this site meets your specific requirements. Price

The prices on our site are UK Pounds. The prices do not contain postage and packaging. These costs are added during the payment process. The price shown on the payment page is the price you pay. This price should match the price on your confirmation email. If you find any discrepancies between the two please contact us immediately. We have done everything in our power to ensure prices on this webpage are as accurate as possible, from time to time errors may occur. If you have placed an order and we find the price to be incorrect we will contact you via email. We will offer a full refund or you can accept these prices and we will despatch your goods.

Cancellations & Returns

To cancel an order please contact us and inform us if it is unwanted, faulty or if the wrong goods were supplied. We will reply as soon as we possibly can. We can be contacted by either phone, email, or using the online chat feature. Please note that once you have placed your order and wish to cancel please contact us and we will try to stop the item being despatched. If we cannot stop the order being despatched we will contact you and offer you acceptance of the order or if you still wish to cancel we will cover the cost of the return. Once you wish to return an item you must take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to take reasonable care we may charge you to cover the cost of damages. Cooling Off Period: Please contact us if you wish to return an item. We understand that you may have received your item and discover it's not what you were looking for. Please contact us in writing within 7 working days after delivery. We understand you may need to open your goods before you decide to return them, but we ask that the item to be returned is with its original packaging. We also ask that all accessories and manuals are included. Under these circumstances it is up to you to pay for the item to be returned. You will be refunded the price of the goods and the delivery of that item. When returning only part of an order you will be refunded the delivery cost of only that item. Faulty Items: If an item is delivered and found to be faulty you must inform us in writing, we will either replace your goods(subject to availability) at no extra charge to you or refund your money. We will cover the cost of both return delivery and delivery of replacement. It is up to you to return the item to us. Please keep a copy of the postage slip as proof of posting. Also please include a copy of the postage slip in the return package so we know how much to refund you. If we offer a refund you will be refunded the full price paid, delivery and return delivery costs. When returning only part of an order you will be refunded the delivery cost of only that item. If an item is returned and found to be in working condition we will return the item to you. You will have to cover the cost of delivery. If you do not want the goods returned we will refund you the price you paid as well as the postage paid. Wrong goods: If you receive the wrong goods from the ones ordered please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Please advise us which goods you received so we can arrange the correct return details. We will supply the correct goods at no extra cost. It is up to you to return the item to us. Please keep a copy of the postage slip as proof of posting. Also please include a copy of the postage slip in the return package so we know how much to refund you. Cancelling an order does not affect your rights We will supply you with a returns address once you have met the above terms.
