What do your prices include?
Every product's price is in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of any taxes. Furthermore all prices don't include additional delivery options, these will be added to the final price dependent on what shipping method you select. See our delivery options for more details.
How do I order?
Browse our mens accessories and simply add the products you wish to purchase by clicking tge green “Add to Basket” button, found on every product page. Adding to the basket doesn't mean you are obliged to buy. You will get the option to Continue Shopping or Checkout.
When you are happy with your choices, click on the “Checkout” button. You can then review your order and if you're happy, proceed to pay for the accessories.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure transaction process found at the end of our checkout pages. You can also pay through your PayPal account if required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Delta, and also PayPal. We will be adding Google Checkout soon as well.
How do I know it is safe to order from this site?
We have an SSL Certificate, protecting customer’s payment information transmitted through our site. All financial information that you enter into this site is fully encrypted during transmission so that your credit/debit card details are unreadable if intercepted. Furthermore your details are sent to PayPal (Using PayPal Payments Pro) who process your card transaction on our behalf.
Can I phone through my order?
Yes. Call us on 08432 893 174 and one of our customer representatives will take your order and card details.
How do I know if my product is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, a red section of text stating “Out of Stock” will be present. If this doesn't appear, your item is in stock and available to buy.
What information do you require from me?
All we need to know is your delivery address, name and email address. If you don't want to register with us, you can use the express checkout.
How are the orders delivered?
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail. If you choose the FREE UK Delivery option, your order will be sent via First Class Recorded. Any other option the price varies, this is outlined on our Delivery Page
Can I return an item I have purchased?Of course. Returns are accepted up to 30 days of purchase. Faults can be refunded without original packaging and tags, but items which aren't faulty without packaging and tags will not be refunded. If the item is too big/small or for any other problem of this nature, you will be fully refunded. Refunds are made once the item has been received at our offices, not before.

Yes, of course. All of our mens accessories come from the most respected designers and manufacturers, and we guarantee high quality and authenticity. We have a 30 day returns policy in place incase you are unsatisfied, and for your own peace of mind!
